Kurz s lámom Henrikom v Svore (Lužické hory, ČR), 15.-17. november 2013
Láma Henrik patrí k hlavným žiakom tibetského meditačného majstra Gendün Rinpočeho, pod vedením ktorého strávil láma Henrik 16 rokov meditácie na ústraní. V súčasnosti vedie láma Henrik ústrania (retreaty), prekladá z tibetštiny do nemčiny a angličtiny a pokračuje vo svojej praxi na ústraní. Je známy svojím priamym a okamžitým spôsobom výuky, ktorá prekračuje sektárske obmedzenia a zachytáva esenciu učení tibetského buddhizmu.
Témou tohoto kurzu je meditácia a výcvik mysle. Učenie sa zakladá na "Mahamudra - The Ocean of True Meaning" od Karmapu Wangchug Dorje a "The Great Path of Awakening" od Jamgon Kongtrula Lodrö Thaye. Doporučujeme priniesť si oba texty so sebou. Dostupné sú v angličtine alebo nemčine.

Učenie bude prebiehať v angličtine, s prekladom do slovenčiny.
Aby sme sa v pokoji ubytovali a usadili vo Svore predtým, než v sobotu ráno začne učenie, prosíme všetkých účastníkov, aby dorazili a zaregistrovali sa na mieste už v piatok 15.11., najneskôr do 20:00.
Cena kurzu (tj. ubytovanie, strava, prenájom výukovej miestnosti, texty, atď.) je obvykle 1050 Kč (42 Eur) dohromady za všetky dni. Keďže v tomto roku sa má kurz rozšíriť, prevádzkovateľ stanoví presnú cenu až vo chvíli, keď bude známy aspoň približný počet účastníkov. Z toho dôvodu je koniec registrácie na kurz stanovený na 31. august 2013 (pozri nižšie). Keď prevádzkovateľ táboriska stanoví cenu, budeme vás ďalej informovať o podmienkach platby.
Je možné prenocovať iba jednu noc, cena však zostáva rovnaká.
Poplatok zarhŕňa plnú penziu (v piatok len večeru a v nedeľu len raňajky). Strava NIE JE VEGETARIÁNSKA. Venovanie pre lámu Henrika nie je v cene zahrnuté. Zbierať sa bude v priebehu kurzu, jeho výška je dobrovoľná.
Kurz prebieha v detskom táborisku. Ubytovanie je zabezpečené v oddelených chatkách. Viz Užitečné odkazy.
Prosíme, registrujte sa dopredu. Za priestory a ubytovanie musíme zložiť zálohu a pre určenie jej výšky, ako aj prípravu miesta, je nutné včas vedieť čo najpresnejší počet účastníkov. Preto sme ako deadline pre registráciu určili 31. august 2013. Prosím, registrujte sa do tohoto termínu. Platba prebehne neskôr, budeme vás ďalej informovať.

Zmena programu vyhradená.
Meditačné sedenia mimo učenie lámu Henrika nie sú súčasťou programu. Je na každom účastníkovi, ako často a ako dlho chce alebo nechce meditovať. K dispozícii bude meditačná miestnosť, kde je možné praktikovať po celú dobu kurzu, a to v tichosti.
Kurz končí v nedeľu 17. novembra po poslednom učení.
Vezmite prosím na zreteľ, že k tomu, aby sme mohli rezervovať miesto učenia, potrebujeme zaplatiť dopredu.
V prípade, že bude kurz zrušený, poplatok prepadne vlastníkovi ubytovacieho zariadenia. Nebudeme vám môcť zálohu vrátiť.

Lama Henrik is one of the heart students of the Tibetan meditation master Gendün Rinpoche, under whose guidance Lama Henrik spent 16 years of meditation in retreat. At present Lama Henrik guides retreats, translates Tibetan texts and himself continues his practice in retreat. He is known for his direct and immediate style of teaching which goes beyond sectarian limitations and captures the essence of the teachings of the Tibetan Buddhism.
The topic of this course is meditation and mind training. The teachings will be based on "Mahamudra - The Ocean of True Meaning" by Karmapa Wangchuk Dorje and "The Great Path of Awakening" by Jamgon Kontrul. It is recommended to bring these two texts with you. Both texts are also available in German.

The teachings will be given in English and translated into Slovak.
In order to settle down in Svor before the teachings starts on Saturday morning all participants are asked to arrive and register in Svor on Friday, the 15th until latest 20h (8 p.m.).
Course price (accommodation, meals, rental of the lecture room, texts, prayers etc.) is usually 1050 CZK (42 EUR) for all days combined. However, this year the course is planned in a larger scale than previous years - therefore the camp manager needs to know the approximate number of participants in order to be able to set the price. For this reason the deadline for the registration is 31st August 2013 (see below). After the price is fixed we will inform you further about the payment conditions.
In case people do not stay both nights in the camp, they still have to pay the whole course price.
The fee includes full board (on Friday only dinner and on Sunday only breakfast). It is NOT A VEGETARIAN MEAL. The offering to Lama Henrik is not included in the price. It will be collected during the course, the amount is voluntary.
The course will take place in a children's camp. Accommodation will be secured in separate bungalows. See Useful links.
Please register in advance. It's necessary for us to know the number of participants in advance, in order to be able to tell to the camp manager. Only then he can tell how much will be the prepayment and only then he can prepare the place adequately. The deadline for the registration:

The schedule is subject to change.
There is no structured meditation session program, it is up to each one how often and how long he wants to practice. There is a reserved meditation room, where people are supposed to practice in silence.
The course ends on Sunday the 17th after the last teaching.
Please, bear in mind that in order to be able to book the place we need to pay for it in advance. /We'll keep you informed./
In case the course is cancelled the fee forfeits to the camp owner. We are not able to return your money.
